How your information will be used

• Your answers to the assessment questions, stored against a random response ID.
• Broad demographic and work-profile categories, all optional except where you live or work.
• Your calculated exhaustion, demand and resource scores.
• Separately, and only if you provide them: first name, last name and email address, together with the permissions you selected.

• Your employer’s name, your exact job title, exact age or home address.
• Employee numbers, manager names or IP addresses for research purposes.
• Names or email addresses in analytics tools.

In small Caribbean labour markets, combinations of employer, island, title and personal characteristics can re-identify someone. We deliberately avoid collecting them.

Assessment answers and contact details live in two separate stores. The mailing-list export contains only your name, email, consent date, consent source, consent wording version and unsubscribe status — never scores, answers, demographics or open-text comments. Research exports contain no names or email addresses.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to authenticated administrators, and raw records are never publicly accessible.

Research consent and marketing consent are separate decisions. Nothing is pre-ticked. Completing the assessment does not add you to any mailing list, and declining marketing never affects your access to the assessment or your results.

You can view your full results on screen without giving an email address. An email is only required if you ask us to send your results to you.

• Any subgroup with fewer than 10 respondents is suppressed or combined.
• Employer-level findings are never published.
• Quotations are anonymized, with identifying details removed.
• Regional comparisons are withheld until the benchmark sample is stable.

De-identified research data is retained for the research programme’s configured retention period and then deleted or archived in aggregate form. Contact records are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

The assessment is educational and research-based. It reports what you told us about the past four weeks. It does not diagnose burnout or any medical or psychological condition.
